Management

NWPN Ltd is currently led by a Board consisting of the Chairs/Elected Board members of the 5 NW WBL area networks. These provide direction to the Regional Manager who is responsible in managing the network to achieve the above objectives.

Structure

The Operating Structure is shown below.

To summarise this structure the NWPN has a clear communication link to all WBL providers in the NW through the area networks. It then has a strategic meeting structure to reflect the needs of these members and key stakeholders. These key operational groups are now being formed.

In addition to this, NWPN intends to facilitate sector based development hubs for staff working in WBL, to assist in their development and to share good practice.
